I love this shop the staff are so friendly and helpful and know where all products are . I love the fact i can also recieve flybuy points

always helpful and great produce ,never had a bad shoping trip at coles i find they have a large range and great prices ,the staff are always smiling and happy to help which makes it a great day out

I have never had a problem with my local Coles. The staff there are always willing to put down what they're doing to help you locate something in the store. I quite like the customer service. The freshness of the fruit and vegetables can be improved, as a few times I have went there to buy Pak Choi, and it's been shrivelled and nasty looking. But other than that, it's a great store to shop.

the service is great and they will help you out to the car if you need help. staff are always smiling and their greeting sounds genuine. They also have no policy on trying to jam everything into one small bag either
