It was extremely nice of the lady at the service desk to take the milk back and refunded me $3.10 cash as a one off since I purchased it without realising I already had some in the fridge.

It was nice of Ruby to refund the Bulla Sour Cream 200ml and The Old El Paso Stand 'N Stuff Flour Soft Tortillas 8 Pack for $6.85 back onto a Coles Returns Card tonight for me.

I went to this Coles Supermarket last week but unfortunately it was a little bit hard to get into as there was roadworks in the car park and it was hard to find the entrance.

When we got inside though we noticed how big the place was. It was quite massive! We headed for the bakery section and bought a delicious packet of ham and cheese rolls and a drink of chocolate milk from the diary section.

So overall we were happy with this Coles.

very easy to walk around, good isle spaces, always a quick service, and has other shops around it including, fresh produce, chemists and bargin stores

This is a very dark and dingy supermarket. The Safeway in Lilydale is much cleaner. The car park is a bit cramped too, and awkward to get into. Sorry, I can't think of anything nice to say about this supermarket.

This must be one of the worst supermarkets in VIC. Rarely do I ever have a purchase were all the items are scanned correctly. Im forever checking their prices, cause im constantly being over charged.
