The staff are so friendly and help you with anything that you need. Always have amazing specials. Great products that are always fresh.Love the Coles bakery everything taste so good.

Don't have a problem with this store always has all items stock up on a Thursday night though with the shops packed a little strange..
Never have twin trolleys they should lock them for people who actually need them.

Overall the experience was good. I shop their regularly and I am especially happy with the gluten free aisle. However waiting at the checkout can be a bit annoying.

I have never had a bad experience whilst shopping at Coles. Whether it be for one item or the entire grocery shop. Everything is easily accessible, easy to find, at good prices, staff are always friendly and they know their stock. There have only been a couple of times when they don't have a particular brand I am after, but in saying that I have never been disappointed in their alternative brands.

I was in line for AGES and the people on the counter were rude and took ages to process my purchase. The store layout was good and easy to find the products but the service was poor.
