Thursday April 1st very busy at Coles Fountain gate. [removed name] on my check out was fan bloody tactic. Very chatty and friendly. Lifted my bags into my trolly.He gave me the service I expect. I will look for him in the future and wait in a queue just to get him

It can be hard to access and parking is a challenge

Exceptional customer service, friendly staff and a great store layout and late night shopping is available with the security of a friendly guard to make your shop a good one every time go to Coles @ Westfield fountain gate!

Difficult to access and can be a pain to carry shopping out of the store as it is a fair bit inside the shopping center but in general the Coles is fantastic.
Their fresh produce is very appealing and the way the store is laid out is convenient e.g. Heavy and frozen things near the front of the store.
It's just a difficult and inconvenient location so I only go there when I'm already at fountain gate rather than for a one stop shopping trip.

I only use this coles store if I am already shopping at the shopping centre as it is just so hard to get a car park. As far as the supermarket it is well stocked and well set out.

Would use it more often as it is one of the bigger coles supermarkets but you can never get a car park.

The new store looks great. the people working there are still the same. And every time i go there i know the service will be quick as they always have plenty of registers open. The store is also bigger than the older one. And the store looks much cleaner.

The new coles is such an improvement on the old one. So much brighter, I'm still getting used to where everything is now but the staff are helpful and there is an isle guide at the start of each isle. I really like the self service check out it makes checkout with only a few items so much faster

Staff are quite nice and seem to have little turn around so you see familiar faces. Shop does not have a friendly feel though and their seafood range looks old and sad.

Great selection and really friendly staff. Had multiple experiences with really friendly check out staff that were happy to chat and listened :-)

Good good good. Very quick checkout chicks. Lines were full but the wait was not long at all. Very happy with choice of brands and items. All good.

Weekly special at this coles store is great. I normally see lots of products in special. Also, they are well-stocked and the customer service is good. I used to get confused because of the set-up of the store but now i am confident enough to shop there within no time.

Shop here regularly. Like all grocery stores, some of the specials can be fantastic, whilst others are just ordinary.

I've found a lot of the staff at this store are quite friendly, which makes shopping there a pleasant experience (as pleasant as grocery shopping can be)

My one bug bear is the height of the shelving, as it seems that everything I want is on the top shelves, which I can't reach!

Not sure about the meet and greet at the door can be annoying if you are not in the mood to chat. Weekly specials are great... good value

Quality and service are generally pretty good, however when comparing prices with other grocery stores, Coles is actually quite expensive, but easy and convenient.

I think my ratings say it all.

It was nice to go in yesterday morning and for once in a long time be greeted at the door by a happy and bubbly man who was genuinely happy to be at work, while shopping in the store i was also greeted by another man stacking shelves who was of the same nature and quite happy to talk to all customers, it is hard to go to shops and get customer service now and it was great to see, thank you
