Coles

Was once my favourite Coles store in my area, but since the makeover some years ago I only shop there when absolutely necessary.
I find the layout confusing. When shopping for specials they are invariably out of stock. There is rarely any staff in the aisles, so help is never available. The one thing that really annoys me is the lack of control over items on shelves – products are rarely brought to the front and that makes it very difficult to reach some items. One positive is the checkout staff who have always been efficient, helpful and friendly. Parking is difficult.

Great friendly service nothing to much for the staff there.
I found it easy to find what i wanted and easy check out service as well as great specials.. Highly recomend them
