I found this pet store completely by accident when walking past. I love the atmosphere in here and I love the dog that wanders around, he's awesome. I've got 2 dogs and they love the holistic treats from here. If anyone is looking for a new dog tag, you can't go wrong with the Red Dingo ones available from here which come with a lifetime warranty!.

I was recommended to Ma and Paws via a friend. Sharon is just gorgeous, her prices are amazing, she is passionate about animals and she thoroughly spoilt my boy. My sister was also blown away by the store.

I found Ma & Paws General Store on WOMO and I've been going there for a few months now. I've been really happy with the service that I've received. Sharon is an absolute GEM! She really takes the time to listen to the concerns you have about your pet, and helps you to find exactly what you need. My dog has always had very sensitive, allergy-prone skin that causes him to itch alot. Sharon suggested a significant diet change, and explained the different approaches we could take to see what might make a difference. At her recommendation, we switched our dog onto Meals for Mutts, which is a very protein-rich dog food that doesn't have any chicken in it. Within a few days, the visible difference was astounding. My dog's coat (which didn't look too bad beforehand) was suddenly GLEAMING. I still can't get over how shiny and healthy it looks even today. His itchiness has also almost completely gone away as well. I cannot believe how much difference a change in diet has made (and so much cheaper than having to go back and forth to the vet to get medications for the itching!) The prices are also very competitive. We're paying less than we used to for a so-called "vet recommended" brand that obviously wasn't doing our dog any good. There's also a huge range of treats and other pet items, it's a very comprehensive store.

Overall, I'm more than happy to recommend Ma & Paws. Sharon is a lifesaver, and a superstar, and she's now got us as customers for life! :)

The owner is so friendly but so knowledgable about dogs and all of her products.
She encourages bringing my dogs with me so can spoil them with treats! She also has an incredible knowledge of animal health supplements. I know won;t go anywhere else!

Great find, prices are good, everything is discounted, the lady is lovely and knows what she is talking about, selection is great as well, if they don't have stock they get it in within the week. So nice to have great customer service. I bought some christmas toys yesterday and they were 75% off, bargain!

I have a habit of going into every pet shop I see, generally the stock are pretty similar. Not at Ma & Paws! I didn't expect much when I went in on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to find that they have a huge range of products. You can tell that the owner loves animals and puts effort into selecting aesthetically pleasing products as well as healthy pet treat/food. I also love the fact that there were so many Australian made products. Yay for small businesses!

The prices there were very competitive. I purchased a play tunnel for my kitten for $19, which is a win for me because I almost bought one online for $45 the other day. I also walked away with a reasonably priced pet bed which my kitten LOVES and it looks good in my lounge. Now I just have to buy another one and convince my other cat to move out of his ugly old bed!

The owner is very warm and friendly and straight away asked me how old my cats are, not because she wanted to sell me products but because she was genuinely interested. She is also very knowledgeable in pet diet and it was very nice of her to share some money saving tips on worming medications for our cats.

Pet lovers, do pay them a visit. It really brightens up your day to chat with someone so passionate about animals as well picking up a few treats to spoil your pet.

huge range of pet supplies! Was recommended to visit and even though i do not live close to ma & paws it was worth the drive. Got everything i needed - dog treats and toys, a new food bowl. Everything i thought was fairly priced. The staff are pet savvy and very caring.

I had a flyer about this place and eventually found it in Reserve Rd(its at the rear of a building just next door to the organic food place).I had no real intention to buy just check it out for the future well I was so amazed at the supply and variety of goods for in my case dogs. Not only was I made to be very welcome but the owner whom I later knew to be Sharon( a gorgeous Canadian accent !) insisted that I bring my dog Jack into the shop,not let him stay in the car(easy parking too )Well I bought so much as I couldnt resist all the different treats,(neither could Jack)the toys,ear wipes and a fabulous bed for him.I shall definitely go back as service and knowledge and the ability for my dog to try the treats before buying as well as all the free tasters he managed to con Sharon out of.
