Had to pop in today to get an eyedropper to administer some herbal drops for my dog. The staff were just lovely and very helpful. They listened and came up with helpful suggestions. Plenty of staff on hand also which is a bonus. Well worth popping in. Would have been great to see a 'cat adoption centre' in the waiting room for unwanted kittens....

Absolutely outstanding service, experienced and knowledgable vets & front desk staff are always very nice and friendly.
Good prices - very reasonable.
You can usually get an appointment at late notice if required & they are open quite early and quite late 5 days a week plus Saturday mornings.
Fabulous and welcoming clinic.

we take our two cats to this vet and we find its the best value for money veterinary clinic and has a good reputation. we get a discount if we bring the two cats at the same time and we usually get good service. as usual, any additional tests can start to get costly. the vets them selves are friendly and love our two boys .. i particularly like Dr Cole, the founder of the clinic who has the great knack with animals! highly recommend!

It is a busy vet practice that seems to specialise in cats and dogs. Over the last 15 years we have always got good no no-nonsense service that was effective and compassionate.

There is no evidence of over-servicing that seems common in this industry.

If cost becomes an issue a variety of treatment options are presented.
