Nursery was a lifesaver I am happy to go back to work because they are affordable and have long flexible hours. I was scared from these reviews but when I went there the baby teachers are so nice! My baby is happy so far and I am satisfied. they change his nappies many times, feed him, sleep him and he is looking happy when we go there. They are professionals when it comes to babies.
Well, I am not satisfied with the staff and the management coz I came to know they make kids to sleep for three hours 12.00 to 3.00 pm which is unacceptable. No basic things are taught so far since last six months like shapes or colors etc. Only paying money for sleeping. I will strictly not recommend others.
i agree this place is the worst, they can hardly speak English and are so very rude. I have heard staff complaining to parents about how kids are a bunch of sooks and they cant handle it (so why work there) i had my children in there also and moved them out straight away, one of my child was always getting bruises and deep scratches and they had no idea how it was happening which makes me think where were the teachers when this happened, and way too many children and not enough staff, i have run into ex staff out and about and they said me taking my children out was the best thing ever as its the worst childcare they have seen/worked for and thats why they left.
I can go on and on about how horrible this place is - the people giving good reviews would be people who are related to the owner!!!!
I have had twins attending Colonial Preschool from nursery to before and after school and vacation care. Throughout the years my babies were in the hands of best of care. Separate Nursery had Nursing qualified staff. Preschool years were taught by university qualified early childhood teachers, who were really caring and professional. Their 5.30am to 6.30pm long opening hours made it possible for me to continue my up market managerial position, and continue working. Thanks Colonial, great job! Well done!
Great Centre , warm environment , very inviting ! Staff and management feel like family which makes a great atmosphere for the kids to be in.
