Recently had the Comfort team install a split system at home and could not be happier. From the initial quoting through to the actual install, they were friendly, professional, knowledgable and tremendously helpful. They came when they said they would and left our place looking like they had never been (except for the great new split system). I cannot recommend them more highly.

They came when they said they would both to quote and to do the work. They discounted the electrical work because they didn't have to do as much as they quoted on. They were prompt and polite at all times. We were impressed with the workers they sent out. The whole thing was very professional.

We have used Comfort 3 times now (about 5 years ago originally, just before Christmas last year for our elderly parents & Feb this year for our rental property). Each experience was excellent we would happily recommend them. From the initial inquiry through to the finished job, all the staff were very helpful and professional (knew the products and were able to advise us on the bestsolution). My husband still raves about the My Air Controller which Comfort suggested which lets us control temperature in each room, so all the family are happy.

Our experience with Marcus and the team at Comfort Heating & Cooling has been first rate from start to finish. We recently had Comfort Heating and Cooling replace our ducted heating unit in our home. After obtaining 3 quotes, Comfort Heating and Cooling were substantially cheaper and based on online reviews we decided to go with them and what a great decision. Our replacement heating was originally booked in for the middle of May, however when we rang them in a panic to advise that we had several guests travelling from interstate to stay with us to attend a funeral they were only too happy to fit us in earlier. They worked from lunchtime until after 6.30pm (in the dark mind you) to complete the job and still made sure they cleaned up and vacuumed inside. All of the staff were so friendly and polite, and they made sure our dog did not escape outside at anytime during the day. It was fantastic to see such enthusiastic young workers who clearly enjoy their job, and Marcus made sure to attend the site and stay for the last hour of work to ensure everything was on track and help complete the job - a special mention to the young worker with the great singing voice who kept our guests entertained whilst working away under our house! Don't use anyone else but Comfort Heating and Cooling and you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Marcus and guys - we really appreciate how you came through for us and did such a great job.

Pretty useless business to me. Asked them to extend the air conditioning ducts from one room the the next and install the necessary vents etc. Simple job only 5 min drive from them and they say they are too busy. When I asked to purchase the parts, they said they don't sell parts. Local business wants support from local customers, how about you provide a service to the locals.

We emailed Comfort Heating and Cooling in Mont Albert to get a quote for what was a well overdue service of our Brivis gas ducted heating unit and to fix a problem with the pilot light. Natasha in the office responded very quickly with a full explanation of the service procedure and cost, and Craig called soon afterwards to book a time that suited me. Craig arrived on time, and undertook the repairs and service quickly and efficiently.

They charge a fixed service price (unlike my previous provider where the charge was in 15 minute increments plus the call out fee) so their pricing is competitive and transparent.

There are a number of companies in the market providing heater servicing, but with their competitive pricing and courteous and efficient service (both in the office and onsite), I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We hsf an Actron Air refridgerated system installed. Was very happy with the guys with their top job done over 3 dsys. It would be hard to know they were even here cutting holes ss they cleaned up fantastic. Wete friendly, explained everything, took the old evap cooling dystem down and away and cleaned up everything. And Josh the electrician was excellent too going above and beyond expectations and with all the guys friendly with each other too. Superb teamwork.

We first contacted Comfort Heating & Cooling for cooling solutions to our 2 upstairs bedrooms which get extremely hot in summer and our study downstairs. Sadly for us the option of upgrading our current ducted heating system to allow for refrigerated cooling as well was not an option, so Marcus set about working out the most suitable and cost effective solution for our requirements. After taking a lot of things into consideration on which units would work best in each room, with safe and efficient means of installation being paramount, we were pleased with Marcus' suggestions (2 x floor standing; 1 x wall mounted) and quoted cost. The installation team (headed by Emilio) arrived on the designated installation day at the time given and worked quietly and cleanly until all systems were installed. We had one small hiccup with the installation of one of the condenser/inverters and the office staff, along with the installation team, were extremely helpful and were soon able to provide a workable solution that fixed the problem. Unfortunately for us the electrician (Josh) was not able to be on site on the same day as the installation but came the next working day, at the designated time, and swiftly hooked all 3 units up and had them working in no time. All Comfort Heating & Cooling installers who came into our home to complete our project worked quietly, efficiently and cleaned up after themselves so you would not know they had even been there if you hadn't been there to see it all happen. We would highly recommend Comfort Heating & Cooling as a company who will provide you with the heating/cooling solution you need at a price that won't break your budget and will then get it installed in a very streamlined and professional manner. Great job from, and thanks to, Marcus, Alex and Connor from Comfort Heating & Cooling Pty Ltd who installed a Daikin split system in our Deepdene home yesterday. We have had the pleasure of Comfort Heating & Cooling services in previous homes and have been delighted. We are always amazed by the absolute professionalism of their team and high quality of their installed products (as they only supply trusted and tried manufacturers) and their on-time, courteous and efficient installation is always impressive. This unit was installed yesterday and Marcus's team installed this in an operation that was a well-oiled machine of Marcus project managing his team of installers (Alex and Connor on this occasion) and electrician. What we appreciated was their overcoming obstacles from our difficult install into a wall cavity between the plaster board and a border brick wall (without the need to cut along the plaster board to install other than where the unit goes), installing the engine of the unit on the roof (with the use of a mini lift for OH&S considerations), and down to the water drainage pipe outlet neatly installed into the down pipe. Well done team. We will be back as needed or recommending you to our family and friends. Another nice touch was that free of charge, Marcus offered and delivered changing some ceiling vents for our evaporative air cooling which had nothing to do with their company but that is the sort of pride they take in their work and customer satisfaction. Terrifc service, terrific company. We needed an old system removed and new evaporation system put installed. The guys were prompt provided a full team of staff and completed both jobs on the same day.
The staff were easy to work with, very courteous and very professional. Highly recommend them!

This is the second project I've used this company and wouldn't think twice about referring them on.
Installed a Daikin reverse cycle ducted air con this time, complex job over two levels and tight spaces.
They overcame every hurdle the job presented and introduced me to the My Place Advantage Air System, google it, you wouldn't do it any other way, amazing where technology has taken us.
I write this review to acknowledge the job the boys did in particular, what a crew. Special thanks to Cam and Brett for customising my job and getting me over the line.

Just read the above review and recalled my experience. Thought I’d share. I had a quote from this company about a year ago (split systems x 3). The quote was great, but very short on detail. When the installer came over to do the job he said he had to change a few things due to the layout of my house ! This meant that the split systems were not where I wanted them. Why could the quoting person not see this? I was referred to the terms and conditions of the contract (which I never got to see as I signed up via email) where it stated they could do this. The conditions were long and virtually covered the company for any sort of liability whatsoever. If all the customers read this conditions I doubt most would have put down a deposit. Please ask for and read the T’s and C’s.

I engaged the services of this company recently and have regretted it big time. At first they are so professional but after the deposit is put down they didn’t return calls or emails. They installed two split systems very badly. In particular [redacted name] would not answer queries and even at the quoting stage virtually said we had to put a deposit down if we wanted any more details! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Have had two systems installed by this company - ducted heating and evaporative cooling. Both times I found staff to professional, friendly and helpful. The best thing for me is they don't subcontract (I've been burned by subcontractors before). Highly recommended.

I used comfort heating and cooling for both hydronic heating and split system in our newly renovated home. At the time I was impressed with the service and workmanship however the after sales service leaves a lot to be desired. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a technician to come out to my home after numerous "promises" that they would attend that day.

Provided on-site quote. Turned up on time. Was very thorough and professional and seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Provided a prompt quote after the site visit. I did not choose them in the end due to a more competitive quote, but would still recommend them.

Split system air conditioner installed in study. A particularly challenging job because the unit was inside the home's front wall and we wanted no sign on it from the outside. This involved lifting the tin roof so that electrical cabling could be sent to the motor, which was mounted 10 metres back from the front of the house, out of view. Further, the condensation outlet was taken through the wall to the side of the house. A specialist job that was fairly expensive but expertly handled.

Installed Breezair evaporative cooler, the cost was competitive and the work carried out to our satisfaction. Follow up calls for further information was responded in friendly manner.
