We have been with comminsure for over 12 years now. They have been excellent with any claims we have made, I would have to rate customer service 10/10. Being a Commonwealth Bank customer you also received discounts on your premiums.

Our most recent claim was for our 50" Plasma TV, within 3 days of having the quote and one phone call we have been informed everything has been approved and we can either pick a new tv or receive reimbursement for the value of replacement. Whether it is replacement of reimbursement, it will be sorted within a couple of days.

Jade was our Customer Service person for our most recent claim, she has been excellent, taking her time to explain everything, you never have to repeat yourself as they leave notes on your claim each time you call.
