I am the customer of the commonwealth bank and found out the bank teller is friendly all the times and very efficient at what they do. Especially when I have to bank at lunch time, the service is quick and no waiting time longer than 5 minutes.
Banking services- if it's straight banking these guys are OK but any long standing administrative problem and you get shunted from pillar to post and the problem is never resolved
