Sean has been a wonderful personal trainer. He has helped me reach my goals and continues to challenge me. I can feel and see myself getting stronger after every session. He has also been able to help me with a work related injury and has been able to modify my training so I can still get a good workout and also help fix my injury. I would definitely recommend him as a personal training to anyone.
Treats me with respect and makes me feel as if I can do anything, even when I think I can't. I love how he can take before and after photos, and measures my body fat and muscle so I can see how much I've changed in only 6 weeks.
You can, and you do, and I'm sure your next 6 weeks will be just as impressive. :-)
Awesome!! I get to do all of my workouts at home without a bunch of gym meatheads staring at me, and I don't get tempted to make excuses for missing a class because my trainer comes to me. I getting stronger and I know I'm going to look really great this summer.

Sean has been the only person I've met who could help me to fix my back problem. I'd been in pain for years, and was shown how I could use stretches and exercises to strengthen my back and beat my back pain. I'd seen doctors and chiropractors before, and the pain always came back, but sean helped to beat the pain for good. He really knows his stuff.
