As a person with very little understanding of computer software and workings Shane is very good at explaining things in a way a novice can understand.
Shane’s punctuality is first class, when he says 11 o’clock he always arrives at 11 o’clock.
The quality of service I have received from Shane over the many years of using his services can only be rated at 5 Stars, and I have recommended his service to other people.

We have called upon the services of Shane from CSI three times over recent years to deal with computer problems, and each time his service has been excellent. He responds promptly, and always takes the time to ensure all software is again working after the immediate problem has been resolved. We were particularly pleased when, following our most recent problem, he was able to recover virtually all the files from a failed hard drive.
We have no hesitation in recommending him, and would definitely give his service 5 stars out of 5.
