A great atmosphere, nice friendly staff, lots of helpful instruction. Always make me feel welcome, and a good bunch of clientele to chat to and share history with. This gym is a good one!
A wonderful women's only gym. They are very friendly and attend to you personally. They go through with you first what you want to achieve and then workout with you to your needs. They show you the ropes the first 3 times you come in, and then you can come in whenever you would like to. Wonderful service and I have to say friendly again.
