I joined here looking for an inviting and friendly women's gym, but I just never felt welcomed. At other women's gyms I have been a member at they have always made the effort to get to know me and make friendly conversation with me, however there just wasn't any of this here, on several occasions I even stood around for up to 20 minutes waiting to speak to staff while they have been on the phone. I don't feel as though they showed me how to use their machinery properly as I had to ask other gym goers for help several times.

The gym itself is quite well layed out and the equipment is really good. I just hope staff have lifted their game.

Nice atmosphere , equipment is always clean and the place is spotless. "Ladies only" makes it a relaxed environment. Very professional place. The girls are always smiling and ready to help and seem to have a good level of knowledge in relation to fitness issues.
