Best women's gym in the north. Highly recommendable to all women wanting to lose weight and not having all that testestorone around them. Very friendly, helpful and understanding. Willing to listen to what you want to achieve and they help you to achieve it. I have been a member since January and will continue to be a member for a long time yet. Their Zumba classes are great!!!!! Great staff also.

I have recently joined this friendly women's gym. The staff are terrific and very helpful and friendly. Have had a personal trainer for four visits and talked me through all the machines and exercise with ease. Very caring and offering best advise possible on all aspects of exercising and dieting. Opening hours are great and even open Sat mornings for a few hours. A try a must, ladies you will not be disappointed.
