Staff are so friendly and helpful at this gym, I transferred from another gym and they were more than willing to accommodate my needs. Great Bootcamp competitions every couple of months which are great for weightloss and better results. Staff always help when they see you are not doing something correct.

First gym I have ever joined, but it seems really well run and the staff are very supportive. They hold a range of classes and it is never too crowded. As a woman only gym, even as a novice I feel comfortable.
