I started going here for fitness with a friend, which only lasted a couple of months. I got it a bit cheaper as my friend was already a member. There was only one session a week, that I could attend, that had a professional working out. I could follow their routine as I had no idea. They have a circuit to follow and the machines are fine, but when you get to the mats, I had no idea what to do, so I copied someone else. When I decided not to go any longer, I asked if I could get a refund on the unused portion of my membership. I did get some back, but hardly anything.

I enjoy the personla service at this fitness centre. it is affordable and I have lost 5 kg in 5 weeks since starting.
