Great venue on the outskirt of the city. Always nice to grab a Sparkling Ale on tap. The staff are always friendly and you can't go past a parmy here either!

This is a great place to catch up with mates. I like tuesdays the best as they serve mouthwatering succulent 'ribs' with delicious bbq sauce and chips for $20, goes down real well with a coppers ale. Steaks are fabulous but the prices are a bit high starting from $27. They have an extensive menu including burgers, yiros, pizza and pasta. Pleasant staff and delciious food and beer.

I visit the Ale House about once a month for a regular catch up. Great atmosphere and lovely décor. Service can be a bit hit and miss - staff are pleasant but often a bit clueless (eg not aware of who is waiting at the bar). Meals are great and reasonably priced.

I have found this to be a great place to catch up with friends for a meal, chat and a drink. Love the atmosphere, great food, especially the schnitzel and good service. Amazing! The schnitzels are huge and memorable

Amazing! The schnitzels were huge and much bigger then you expected for the price, excellent value for money. The staff were very polite and easy going. The cannoli's however were a bit flavourless

Great pub and staff are lovely. Chef is friendly and the vibe of the pub is great. Always busy and sometimes hard to get a table.

If you have not eaten here, you are missing out. The schnitties are massive, and taste great, loaded with a great choice of toppings. If you're a coopers man, they have the entire coopers range on tap.... Not one to miss, one of Adelaides trueley great dinning experiances

Has a nice feel to the place and yes, the schnitzels are famous for being huge. I really like their wood oven pizzas. Very tasty - also many other options on the menu. Service is good.

Fantastic place to go for a chicken schnitzel, especially if you are famished. They are awesome and so many people rave about them for good reason. Service is a bit average but the amazing food far outweighs this!

Great food, Amazing staff, food was a little pricey but nice for a day out. Management seems a little sour towards staff. Nice bar and restaurant area though it does get hot in the arnou restaurant due to the pizza oven.

Approximate cost: $28

The Coopers Alehouse is known for their extremely large schnitzels which are available with a number of toppings.

A group of friends went out for a few drinks in the afternoon and decided to order a counter meal.

The meals were cooked very quickly and the size of the meals represents excellent value for money.

In addition all Coopers beers are available on tap, providing an excellent all round dining experience for the South Australian.

Approximate cost: $20

These guys are another place that claims to have the biggest schnitzels in Adelaide. Admittedly they are pretty big and thankfully are also good quality. The other meals available are also good and are reasonably priced. The staff are always cheerful and seem happy to be at work. The ale house also has some great function rooms of various sizes and provide some very tasty nibbles.
