Working as a PT I was shocked to see my inexperienced colleagues be asked to mix dangerous chemicals without protective gear. I also was not paid my invoice and Jo the owner denies my existence working there. It has forced me to go to VCAT and has left a soar impression.

Hi I have just finished a 10 day trial and now have joined up. Since coming every staff member I have met have been very friendly and helpful. I have found classes that are different to what I have ever done since being a member to another gym for over 18 years . I haven’t been to a gym for 2 years through and injury snd the different facility’s will help my injury. Did my first reformer beginner class today the teacher was absolutely fantastic and made sure she helped each and everyone in the class to have the right posture do they got maximum benefits without hurting yourself .
We signed with Maddy who was so polite and friendly and showed both myself and my partner around . Nothing seems to much to ask her . After we signed up the staff where the so friendly so I would highly recommend this gym

Now I realise a minor disagreement with my partner was totally NOT worth it. She organised a therapeutic massage for me. My sports life ( a long one) has seen me "enjoy" deep tissue all over my body. I believed massage and relaxation could NOT go together... but I have to say the relaxing massage I had last night was truly an experience that in the process separated my physical from my spiritual. I was in another sate for the whole hour. So thank you my unnamed masseuse and my partner. Can't recommend highly enough, just let yourself go... literally :)

This gym is amazing nothing compares to it, the facility is amazing the staff have been very understanding for my needs the people that train there all for the right reasons theres respect and the carpark is large and always a spot available overall its a training resort and the price is reasonable and proud to be member of this gym never had regrets just loving it :)

Honestly,
This place is terrible I signed up for a free trial and it's only the first day and I have been charged.. the lady rushed me into signing forms and was so rude to me telling me to hurry etc... I regret it so much PARC is so much better.. highly dissatisfied and dissapointed free trial costs $100 + extra

I cancelled my membership after 3+ years with them as they doubled my fees and started taking money out of my account weekly. Rude responses from the front desk staff when questioned about it, were not appreciated.

After cancellation I found that they had taken so much from my account that I was 2 months in advance, as I only have to give 30 day notice I asked if I could have the money for the extra month returned and was flat out refused, so I had to attend the gym for 60 days, today, even after a text from the manager saying I wouldn't be charged, I see a charge for a dishonor fee!!! They're just taking what ever they feel like now, I am so angry, don't trust these people with your account information.

Worst gym in Frankston, would highly not recommend this place to anyone.
They used manipulative sales techniques to make me feel obliged to sign up or else you will never reach your goals when in fact anyone can without a gym membership.
When it comes to cancelling, they tried to stop you by offering different deals even though you may not be able to afford it/moving away. They do not seem to care.
They showed no respect for members joining or leaving nor those who are members still.
If you wish to go to a gym, i highly recommend to go elsewhere, save yourself the trouble, the money and go somewhere where there is no contracts and much friendlier staff.

The most absolute worst customer service in the world. Staff are very rude, soon as you need something they dont help and [redacted due to personal identifier] is not professional at all [redacted due to personal identifier]. Noone was helpful when my husband and i needed something. They took our money and treated us like rubbish. Equipment is old, once something is damaged they do not replace it and ladies toilets are disgusting , broken toilet seats.Do not join. Not worth the money. They also try to save money but not turning AC's on when it is very hot!

Hi Cathy Your husband Jess rang at 8.00am sat. morning to enquire about your membership onSat. the 30 Dec. He was told no that there was no one available to help at 8.00am and he would get a reply at 9.00am. This is a perfectly reosonable response given the time of day, the fact it was a Sat and the day before christmas eve when quite reasonably there happened to be minimal staff avaiable available. Then you rang up quite rudeley and abruptly 5 minutes later demanding to speak to a manager. You where quite politley advised that you would get a response in 1 hour again. We did ring you back in one hour and advised you about your issue. Since then to you have been as token of our good will you have both been given a free month. At all times the team at Core24 have been professional and polite. As far as your compaints about the Club all i can say is that they are slanderous lies made up by you. Regards the Core24 Team

Hi all
Please ignore the recent comments made by the core 24 team. Everything i have said is 100% correct and to even be responded to like i have been even on this review is quite unprofessional!
As advised we called to get an update on PRO RATA charges that were not explained to us before and were told we would recieve a call 30 mins after.i called 15 minutes after very politely just following up and was spoken to rudely. I have also heard from a few people in carrum downs core 24 that they re located there due to the rude customer service they too had received from Frankston. So ladies and gentleman i think it is safe to say the customers are right and core24 stop fighting your customers your so rude!

Also everyone please note I received a month free from a nice lady at the carrum downs branch who offered this due to the rude customer service at Frankston and this was also a deterrent to avoid me cancelling my contract.
Apparently you cannot cancel for mistreatment!
This same lady mind you also admitted Frankston customer service is terrible

Great Gym Lots of Variety in classes and gym equipment also really enjoy the Mineral Pool and Spa at Frankston. It's open 24/7 which is great in my line of work.

Great Local Gym has lots of workout equipment and mineral pool which is great after a hard workout. I also use a personal trainer at the gym great job very motivating and helps with my fitness. Staff always helpful open 24/7 which I need with my busy lifestyle.
