Wish i read the reviews first

Initially happy with my nails.

Thumb nails were not dried properly and had to be redone on two previous occasions.

Went back a third time (!) to get them fixed only to be told I should have a full inset redone. I said they could either take off the full set or repair the thumbs. Then told it was my fault the polish had come off.

Walked out.

Rude owner

I was given a gift voucher to use at Cosmo nails went to seven Hills. I was ordered in no greeting was ordered to sit in the nail chair then at the foot spa. The owner proceeded to put the back massage chair on and I turned it off and then she turned it back on and then I said I can’t have the massage because of my back and she was like well everybody has the massage, she then put the water in and told me to put my feet in the water was really hot and quickly pulled my feet to the side she proceeded to tell me that I should put my feet in the front not the side she then put some cooler water in and closed the jets and told me to just leave my feet in there so I was there sitting for a while, and then asked, how long before I get done and she said about 1hour but 15 minutes until the other finishes, rudely says is that OK? Like with really forceful sort of language, I just sat there and then after a while I thought no this is not OK got up and said no it’s not OK. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced and walked out of the shop .

Got really quick service for eyebrow wax and tint. Have had to wait for 10minutes before which isn't bad. Cute friendly staff and love how they did my nails. Am a very regular customer

I was in NSW for a wedding and broke a nail, had a day to fill in and wanted my nails to look nice, so went in search for somewhere in a shopping centre to get my hair done and they told me of this place to get my nail fixed. i was not happy that the equipemnt did not seem clean and the nail they fixed broke within an hour of leaving the salon. They were very busy and when i went back they offered to fix the nail again the following week for free but i was only in town for 2days and needed nails to look nice for the wedding. they could not fit me in and i was not happy but the rest of my nails did look nice and lasted an extra longtime well after i ws back hm i feel she should have given me a free gift or part refund for not fixing the nail adequately that i went there for.

I went there to get a spray tan, as i was in the tanning area i said t the staff member. should i put moisturiser where my ankles and elbows are because i just had a feeling it was not going to turn out due to the staff quality of service. The next day i woke up with what looked like dirty knees and elbows. I rang to speak to the manager who offered to do it again! why would i want them to do it again? or i could go in and she would use some product to remove it from those areas. and i had it done for an occasion so it was not suitable what she was offering. Had i put moisturiser on and gone against the staffs say i would maybe have had a better result. I wanyted a refund. And in this situation should have been given one. Ths manager hung up on me numerouse times till in the end i let it go but was very angry about it. I will never go there again.
