Always surprised by the amount of good quality really cheap groceries and frozed food. On top of that parking is no problem and the staff are always friendly and cheerful. Never leave dissappointed!

The staff are always happy and eager to serve you. It is a family owned and run business so this is also a great +++ for me and my family. Not to mention great value when you are shopping for a family of 9.

Love going in almost every fortnight to get new deals and top up the pantry. Get along really well with staff and they are all very friendly. Great bargins and a highly recommended shop to go to.

Staff are extremely helpful (especially as I forget my darn VIP card EVERY time I go there - but they always find me on the system). And simply the Best specials - even with well names supermarket brands.

From the first visit to cost cutters I was extremely surprised with their prices and quality of their products. Their customer service is next to perfect, they always greet you with smiles and how are you, help with any enquiry and are very respectful. I even have a good old laugh with them most times. I have saved heaps of money shopping there and the kids love their products as well. I am on a pension and can pretty much buy 3/4 if not all of my shopping there.. If you want great prices and cheerful funny service then cost cutters is the place to go.. Love them.

My Grandparents have just started shopping at Costcutters, Nerang. I was recommended to shop there too. I was amazed on how cheap the prices were and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Being on a low budget I will be definately be shopping at Costcutters again.
