went in there looking for a new outfit. a lovely staff member was kind enough to help me out. went in a couple weeks later and tried to return a couple things. it took ages and was way too difficult. the woman asked dumb questions and we were there for near on 20 minutes to return 2 things. love the clothes, but the staff really need to work on their people skills

Went shopping with my girlfriend in this shop while working around for her birthday. A pretty good place that she likes to check out while shopping at most shopping centres and they usually had good deals on. The employees were friendly.

I went to Cotton on body on the weekend and it was a nice shop, it was well set out, it had lots of different products in store, quite neat and i found it pretty easy to find what i was looking for. The staff were very well mannered staff that were interested in helping me out. The customer service for cotton on body was very good and it gave off a good atmosphere. I was very happy with the experience i had.

I purchased something for someone else. They have lovely styles for the smaller bust but nothing for my size. This was a disappointment, plus they were mainly padded bras. My niece purchased herself a bra which was at a good price. Hope to drop in another time there or somewhere else.
