I am still to receive my parcel.
It was picked up from Sydney to be delivered to Sydney and 30 days later I still have not received the parcel. Getting help is impossible with extremely poor customer service. I have been sending emails, and calling. After being on hold for 1 hour and 27mins I got through to someone on Tuesday and they guaranteed me someone will call me back in 24hours and no one ever did. I tried calling again twice today, the first time I was on hold for 20 mins and the second time I was on hold for 1 hour 29mins with no answer. I clicked number 1 on the phone to have someone call me back and no one never did.
Never go through Couriers Please if you can avoid it.
Still waiting for my parcel.

Couriers Please is a TOTAL JOKE... my first package there were 3 people home and I got a text message saying no one was at home and I had to pick my package up from a drop off point... I called and was on hold for over an hour and kept getting a message to press 1 to hold my place in the queue and I will be called back in the order I rang... it has been several days now and no call back... the next package was meant to be here about 1.5 weeks ago and then last Friday (today is Tuesday) and now maybe this week... they don't care at all !

Never rings the bell and you just get a notification saying "no one is home" when I am always home due to Covid and lockdowns. Always the same story with parcels delivered with this courier. Any business that uses them should think twice, because what is the point of paying a price for delivery when they never deliver to your door.

I was sent a notification that my item was at a Newsagency, the item was not there. I rang the newsagency manager yesterday, the item was still not there. The manager spoke with your driver, who recalls seeing my item. It was not dropped off at either the newsagency or my home. I contacted couriers please 10 times, for no reply. Avoid couriersplease.

Attempted to deliver twice, first time they claimed the business was closed (it wasn't). Second time they attempted to deliver before business hours. Didn't leave a card either time, and the email about "sorry we missed you" didn't include instructions for redelivery. No phone number listed on website. Submitted multiple queries through their tracking tool which went ignored, so either their website is broken or they couldn't be bothered. Never again.

I had to furnish my home from scratch during lockdown. Everything delivered by Couriers Please came first, really fast, and had tracking updates. The other services took weeks. I'll shop with the brands that use couriers please again.

Absolute worst couriers - I’ve never had a good experience. Once they lost my next day delivery item (which I payed $300 for) after a mess and almost two weeks of chasing them, I replaced the item snd filed their insurance claim. They found my package and wouldn’t refund the $300 next day delivery, wouldn’t return my package to sender, they just delivered and congratulated themselves on a job well done.

bunch of disorganised, unmotivated,lying,inefficient ,lazy morons. Stay away from firms that will not allow you to talk to anybody here and opt for remote control contact and “customer service” personnel in the Philippines. Like talking to a brick wall. They do nothing,and they don’t care. Their drivers are lazy ,lying slobs that are incapable of delivering a parcel. I hope they do the public a favour soon and go broke. They are a menace.

I would give 0 star if I could

Rubbish service. The delivery guys just don't ring or call, and you get a notification "Couldn't be delivered because not at home" in the evening. I am now clearly not shopping anymore on any merchant which uses CouriersPlease, and I encourage all unhappy Customers to do so.

pathetic service - drivers can keep your parcels in their vans at their homes for whatever period they like with no accountability or care of couriers please head office. then they pass your parcel to a third party company for delivery without updating the tracking history. Antiquated system that obviously doesnt work. each time you call to get an update the story changes and another day added for delivery. If you are lucky you get your parcel in a week for overnight delivery paid service! Operators have no care, no responsibility!

do NOT use them - there is many other options out there that provide a professional prompt service

Terrible service, failed to deliver my package and would not take responsibility for the loss of the item. Tracking information was in-accurate, and went un-updated for almost a full week so I had no idea where my package was or if they intended to redeliver it. Had to request a refund from the supplier.

Worst courier company, they lie, never deliver and always say no one is home when I'm always home. I send them emails explaining that I have a child with multiple disabilities and I can't collect from the pick up location as there is no suitable disability parking, but they don't care. Don't not use this company

CouriersPlease is the most unscrupulous, dishonest, unreliable, incompetent courier service I have had the misfortune of dealing with in 21 years. Bought a book of Metro Gold coupons in 2018 and needed to use one of the coupons for an urgent pick-up on 17 June 2021. After struggling for 45 minutes to get through to a call centre to make a booking, I was told that I could not because of an alleged outstanding debt, which is complete nonsense. Wanted to resolve this directly with their accounts department but was told that I had to wait for someone from accounts to contact me within 1-2 days. As it did not happen I contacted customer service again on 21 June, and on 22 June (ticket #: 4318275), and was given the same spiel each time. They therefore took the $149.90 I paid for the coupons but are refusing to provide me with the service I have a right to. They continue to waste my time claiming a debt which they cannot or will not substantiate. Frustrating because I now have to waste even more time trying to get assistance from Consumer Affairs, VIC, and the ACCC. Take note people.

Terrible. The worst courier company ever. They never deliver on time and usually leave a card saying they tried to deliver when they haven't even rung the doorbell. In addition, there's nobody you can call and their form to submit for help just results in more delays and refusals to redeliver. As a customer, I am going to actively boycott any company that uses these terrible couriers.

Would NOT recommend! Received notification saying package couldn't be delivered as no one was home - it's a business address - it was during business hours - there were 17 people at work. Driver clearly just couldn't be bothered. We have mulitple deliveries arrive every day from more reputable couriers with no issues. None of the tracking numbers they gave me allowed me to arrange re-delivery. Very difficult to contact them. Now I am expected according to them to go several kilometers away to collect myself after paying for postage!?!

Two packages delivered this week from Couriers Please, two packages marked as 'Sorry We Missed You' despite the fact that I am in lockdown, so there is literally no where else I can be except for at home. Doorbell wasn't rung, nothing. The driver clearly couldn't be bothered to get out of the truck. So now I have to wait for lockdown to end before I can collect from the news agents because they refused to redeliver.

The WORST!! just lies and more lies. They never pick up the package and when you ring them its just more lies and how they are working with their service partner to escalate the issue and you will get a call back from their resolution team - more lies!! You never get a call back. Meanwhile the packages never get collected and you waste more time chasing them. They just hope you will cancel your order and they can be rid of you. Yep, you got that right I will never be using this excuse for a company ever again. If you value your customers and your sanity do not ever use this appalling company for your shipping needs. Less than zero stars.

TERRIBLE. I am in Canberra, they regularly fail to arrive on the booked day. I've given them multiple chances to redeem themselves but the same thing happens every time; THEY JUST DON'T SHOW UP ON THE AGREED DATE, they have an 8 hour window between 9 and 5 and they still don't show. Would give ZERO stars if it was possible.

Absolutely appalling service. It took them 10 days to deliver one small parcel from Melbourne to Sydney.
The second parcel was received by them on 4 December and 12 days later it still hasn't been delivered.
When I called them they couldn't provide any information about the location of the parcel and just keep saying that they are having some delays. I asked to speak with their manager and they denied my request.
Because of this hopeless delivery service my son didn't get his birthday present. Subsequently we had to urgently buy him something else.
This courier company lack any professionalism, they don't care about anyone and their service is just appalling.

I will never buy something from a business that only uses Couriers Please for deliveries. Twice I've had packages sent to me using Couriers Please, and both times they haven't delivered them. The second time, they didn't even pretend to try and deliver it to my apartment: their website says it was received at their depot at 9.59am and then one minute later it was marked as "delivery attempt failed". They then drove it straight to a collection point nearly 3 kilometres away, even though there are lots of collection points much closer to my address. I've contact them repeatedly and they've refused to make a delivery attempt. Luckily the store was happy to give me a refund.

I'm a small business owner in Melbourne, and I used Couriers Please for an Internation delivery from Australia to New Zealand. A month post pickup the tracking still indicated it was in Sydney. I spoke to a Courier Please customer representative on the phone and she assured me that she had contacted the driver and the parcel would get to the customer in time for Halloween (which it was ordered for). She also said the resolution centre would contact me regarding the issue and confirmed I could contact the customer and let them know that the parcel was on its way.
The parcel never turned up to the customer and the resolution centre never contacted me. I tried contacting Couriers Please again and for a third time I was told they would ensure they get the resolution centre to contact me. I never heard from them. If you're a business that values customer service, honesty, and transparency, DO NOT USE COURIERS PLEASE.
The service they made me pay for was not fulfilled. The tracking wasn't updated and they refused to communicate the issue honestly or rectify it. The customer did not get the parcel on time and requested a full refund, which I granted, because that's what businesses with integrity do. As a small business, I lose out. NEVER AGAIN!

After waiting two weeks for a package from kmart lying about having tried to deliver it - I was obviously home the whole time, we were in the middle of covid lockdown and I could literally only leave the home to go shopping, but I couldn’t walk so I didn’t - they left it at a news agency 3km from my house. When I complained that I couldn’t go and pick it up because I had had an operation, I was told me in their exact words that they were “taking the very case seriously”.. but even dared to suggest that I still had to go and pick up the package that had not been delivered due to the fact that they had not attempted to contact me while supposedly delivering.

Today, after trusting their emails that they were taking the issue seriously, they sent me an email stating that the package had been returned to the sender. They dropped off the package further away from my house than the warehouse it was shipped from. And in the middle of covid to a customer who couldn’t leave their house, all they did was to repeatedly lie about the delivery attempts and their efforts to correct their error after the failed delivery attempt.

This company does not have the best interests of their customers in mind and they would rather lie than admit it.

This is my 2nd time dealing with and it's the same experience.
Their service is atrocious and disgraceful. After calling every day for 2.5 weeks, my courier was returned to sender. They are not even giving me a refund of shipping charges and on ebay you have marked it as sent. Complaint Ref # 3342453

Couriers Please emailed me saying my item had been delivered to my apartment . However my webcam showed no deliveries for that day. I emailed Couriers Please to say I had not received the package and they responded with a photo of a package at a warehouse claiming that was proof of delivery. I guess its just lost in the ether now. It's not the first time I've been burnt by Couriers Please..

I own a small business a required my product to be delivered to a suburb that was well over an hour from me to which I could not get too. Paid for a "same day delivery" service (not even sure that exists), my parcel was picked up 2 days later than for when it was booked for, then just never delivered to the client.
I was on the phone to them every single day for an entire week, I spoke to supervisors and they all just delayed the process by saying "it'll be delivered tomorrow" as they didn't know where my parcel was and didn't have the driver's contact details. I made the decision to redo my client's order and drive up on a Saturday to deliver it personally and when I got there I received an email saying "parcel had been successfully delivered", which it was not. I lodged another complaint to which their response was "after further investigation we can see your parcel was delivered therefore we will not provide you with a refund/reimbursement for your items". Client has confirmed they never received anything from this company.
This is by far the WORST service I have ever dealt with both personally and professionally and was such a stressful experience. The fact that they don't put the customer first and lie about things just to get out of it is utterly disgusting.
Don't ever USE this company for anything, I know I've learnt my lesson. I'm just glad I didn't spend much to lose it.
Most disgusting employees I have ever dealt with, so rude and incompetent. They couldn't even take my number down correctly when I asked someone to call me (probably did it on purpose to they wouldn't have to speak to me). NEVER AGAIN!

Once again, delivery card advising "pop-shop" pick up next day, no pin number provided.

Pop shop cannot open locker, and parcel not tracked anywhere, no one can help.

Pop shop staff says "I bet they have no idea where your parcel is - happens all the time with this company"

Another day wasted.

A plea to businesses out there - please spare your customers the irritation of having goods delivered by this company. I suspect the reason you use them is because they are cheap, but all they do is alienate the customer away from your business.
