One star is too many!!
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I am the receiver (or rather non-receiver). My initial order was on Jan 1, 2023. That parcel never made it. I had spent hours with them trying to find out what was happening. It eventually arrived back at the sender - saying incorrect/ insufficient address (a lie). We tried again. We are now following the same path.... I am still waiting and according to them they are trying to locate the package.... asking me (the receiver) to explain what the outside looks like.. As if I am the person packing it..... This company is a disgrace and should not be used as a courier. It is time that the media do a story on this.

Worst courier ever, my parcel has taken three days so far for a same day delivery. When phoned them they were no help in assisting to locate parcel in transit and claim they don’t know where it is and unable to locate driver. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IT A IS A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE.

Delivered one parcel to wrong address, the other which required signing for and was with first package, went back to the facility (because driver went to wrong address!!!) and will now bring it out again a week later. If it’s the same driver, I’m sure he’ll go to the wrong house again and I’ll still be waiting!!! Useless customer service department as well.

'COURIERS PLEASE' - DO NOT PLEASE!
I wouldn't even give them one star!!!
I booked a pickup, unfortunately however I was in a bad wi-fi area at the time, so therefore I never received a confirmation for my booking. I tried 5 times to book 1 pickup/delivery. I received a confirmation on the fifth try. Un be known to me when I checked my bank statement I had been charged for each booking- (five bookings! - even though I never received a confirmation). I have contacted customer service- this can only be done via an online chat agent. I have contacted Couriers Please 5 times and each time the chat agent says this refund will be resolved within 24 hours and my enquiry has been escalated to 'higher team'. They won't forward me a copy of my chat transcript. Each time I have asked to speak with a manager they say ring the 1300 # which then brings you back to the online chat! There is no way to speak with a real person. I have supplied my bank statement to show I have been overcharged for 4 of the bookings. My online account clearly says one pickup/delivery complete. The other consignment notes say 'created'. To me it is clear only one booking was followed through with one pickup/delivery. This company has essentially stolen money from me. I will never use Couriers Please again.

If I could deduct stars I would.
They told me they delivered my parcel over 2 months ago. It was consignment and I was at work at the time. When I got home no parcel, I even went to the effort of talking with my neighbours and checking the surrounding apartment buildings with similar addresses.

When I contacted Couriers Please and advised them I didn't get my parcel 2 days later they sent me a copy of their tracking data. Someone had signed for it and the signature was some vague scribble.
I was asked repetitively the question, "Are you sure it wasn't delivered?" and "Do you live with someone? Maybe they took it".
A. I lived alone at that point AND
B. The package was on consignment, you're meant to confirm who you deliver it too!

It's now over 2 months since they tell me my parcel was delivered (3 since I ordered it), multiple emails and phone calls later (I can't even begin to describe how useless these have been). I am no closer to getting my parcel or any sort of resolution.

I keep getting very sporadic contact with the company (they tell me I will hear back from them in 24 hours and responses actually take longer than 2 weeks) and ridiculous long wait times on the phone (they made me wait over an hour on-hold, then after a brief conversation hung up on me).

I have tired to be patient, Coronavirus stressors and the holiday season have put pressure on the system...but other companies have never made me wait this long for a package or some sort of resolution to an issue.

If you are using this company I say don't, unless you'd like to lose your item.

I sent my parcel at the end of November from Melbourne to NZ, my parcel didn't move out of my city for over a month, waited for many hours on the phone for customer service to provide me no useful info.
I was lied to and told that it would be delivered to my specified destination at a certain time/day and given a new fake "delivery ticket number" only to have it never be delivered.
I called again and was then told it is going to be returned to me on a certain day and to make sure someone was home to receive it, I took the afternoon off work as I wanted this 3 weeks of them doing nothing with my parcel to end so I could send it with someone else and hopefully still make it by xmas.... it never showed up.
A few days later I returned from work to find it randomly sitting at my apartment lobby entrance, thankfully no one else walking past picked it up.

I have requested a refund for the uncompleted delivery not to mention the poor customer service and multiple lies and fake numbers to get me off the phone, knowing full well if I call back it will be some other random customer service expert. This refund has been rejected and thats $70 down the drain

Was asked to wait for my parcel from 8am to 5pm delivery. I waited ALL day on three Seperate days before Christmas. No delivery was done. This company is a fraud.

Do not use this courier service!! I've been waiting for a parcel from QLD, I have received no update or time of delivery, I then received an email to say they'd missed me and left a redelivery card number (in an email and not a physical card in my mail box) they have my phone number to contact me. (I dont believe anybody physically came to my address.)I called customer service to arrange redelivery and was advised it would be delivered the following Monday between 4-5pm. Delivery didnt show. Called customer service again who advised they'd be there the next day, still didn't show up. Called Customer service again and was advised it has gone to a 3rd party and an email would be sent to explain the where abouts of my parcel and should take about 3 business days. No email receceived, no courier has shown up on Thursday or Friday. Meanwhile I checked the tracking numbet in their system and the parcel is now in N.S.W, I'm in Vic. There is obviously no communication between their drivers and the call centre and I've spent a week being bull crapped by a useless Customer service team who gave me useless reference numbers. Wirst courier service I have ever dealt with. AVOID Using this courier service!!
