Very professional practice. Very welcoming from the moment you enter. The staff are very friendly and the dentist explained everything so well. I know exactly what i need and the costs involved! Thank you!

Had my check up and clean with Dr Pat today. Staffs were very welcoming as soon as I stepped into the practice. Dr Pat is lovely, very thorough with his explanation in regards of my teeth, and gentle during the teeth cleaning process! Great communication between the dental assistant dentist too! Will definitely return in the future.

Felt very looked after my whole appointment, the dentist was very thorough in her assessment and explained everything to me at the end of the appointment as well which was much appreciated. I feel more on top of my teeth health now and also thought the receptionist and the nurses were very lovely and kind as well.

Amazing how the level of service can be maintained since the clinic started six years ago!

I would highly recommend the clinic and the dentists. I have seen Dr Ammu and Dr Bruno, have had a good experience here always and they make me feel comfortable, even when I am feeling anxious!

When I write this review I’m sure they will come back with some excuses for their misconduct; but this isn’t the first time this has happened but it will definitely be the last time we ever go here .

Called and booked in, confirmed 3 times over the phone what the price would be. Did this because the last time they put on extra charges on the bill.

When booking was complete the receptionist NO SURPRISE now, put extra charges on the bill. When my wife asked, the excuses started. We were clear over the phone that the quoted price was what we wanted and didn’t want any extra work or charges like last time.

The truth is you were in the wrong and you think just because you can charge extra to the health insurance it is okay.

I will be reporting you to the Health Insurance provider about this misconduct.

My entire family visit the same dentist. My kids love Dr Ruby and the friendly nurse. Dr Ruby is always patient to answer our queries.

What compassion! You could see it in his face, and you can hear it in the tone of his voice. It was only a tooth that had a vertical root fracture and had to be extracted. Yet Bruno was so sorry about not being able to save the tooth.

I took my children here for a check up and clean. My children felt so very comfortable that they didn't want to leave! Warm, friendly service [redacted clinical content] Thank you Dr Bruno!

Thorough and professional services. Dentist is thoughtful of my fears. Nice clean premises. Highly recommended.
