Dear Damian and John

From the bottom of our hearts, my family and I would like to thank you for everything you did. I cannot speak highly of you both, you went out of your way to make life easier for us in every every every facet of the planning / funeral of my farther Tony Koutsonikolas who recently passed away - 3rd of June 2016. Nothing was ever a problem for you both calling, organising or coming out whenever it suited the family and it without a shadow of doubt made our life so much easier to deal with dads passing.

I know it’s your job, but you did it with compassion, warmth, sincerity and understanding and for that we are eternally grateful - thinking of you guys brings a smile to my face as I know my dad would be thinking ( "very good price & pensioner discount, I like it" ) with his big moon face smile Dad would say thank you to both of you and shout you a glass or two of his home made wine... I miss you dad....

Our family recently had a funeral for our father, grandfather and great grandfather Ferenc (Frank). We were referred to Crane Funerals. From the initial phone call to Damian and his partner John, we found them to be caring, helpful, professional and understanding of our needs. Everything was expertly handled, the price was very reasonable and we were happy with the beautiful service that they helped us organise. We would highly recommend Crane Funerals to any family having to deal with the loss of a loved one.

This is long overdue, sorry Damian. Crane funerals did a funeral for us in January and it's taken me this long to sit down and be able to write a review.

Damian was caring, professional and took all these stresses away during this difficult time. I just can't thank him enough. We haven't coped well with the unfortunate unforseen death of my husband but Damian was just so patient and empathetic with us. His many years experience was very evident and it was nice to know that it was Damian who personally picked up Scott and prepared him for the funeral. Seeing Damian on the day also made us feel at ease as it was that familiar face on a day we shouldn't have been attending.

Thank you so much. Life for us won't ever be the same but you made it a little easier for us and for that we can't thank you enough.

Brilliant service by Damian at Crane Funerals. He gave my nan the send off she deserved! HE was professional, caring, well groomed and punctual, unlike the last funeral home we used for pop. I won't lie we were hesitant at 1st as this is a fairly newish funeral home but boy are we glad we did. Damian has been in the industry for over 15 years so his experience and knowledge shone through. We could see within minutes that he knew what he was doing and good on him for going out and leaving a company that was going against his morals. It's people like Damian who put my faith back into funeral directors again.

We owe you a lot Damian and I know pop would have loved his send off.

I can not praise this company enough. Damian handled everything beautifully and nothing was to much. I know we were probably difficult to deal with as we wanted to say goodbye to dad with the most fitting celebration of his life. We wanted balloons, doves, butterflies, DVD presentation, little booklets to hand out and nothing was too hard.

Damian we later found out is an embalmer and made dad look amazing. He had been sick for so long that when we saw him he looked the best he had looked in 10 years.

If you need a funeral director look no further as Crane Funerals are the company you are looking for. Priced well below the 4 other companies we rang....... 2 of them made out the were Greenies but that was not the case from what we saw.

It seems Funeral Directors do nothing but rip people off in their time of need but not CRANE FUNERALS.

Damian put our minds at ease by taking over all our funeral problems and leaving us to mourn. After a sit down with him we felt a great weight life off our shoulders. The care he showed just put us a little more at ease. We knew it was going to be a hard time but somehow we managed to get ourselves through.

Thanks Damian for all that you did. You went above and beyond what the last funeral director did. You were so caring and patient with us and really took the time to listen to what we wanted. We will never be able to thank you enough.

Finally someone that cares. We've used other funeral directors in the past and we finally got one that wasn't all about over charging us and blindly ripping us off. Damian was brilliant in every way possible. He made a bad day a little more bearable by elevating a lot of stress.

Thanks Damian. We will be using your services again but hopefully not for a long time.

Damian at Crane Funerals was amazing in our time of need. When someone passes away and you don't know where to turn and leaving your loved one in a strangers care is hard.

I attended a funeral as a mourner and although I was not family, Crane Funerals made me feel like I was. I was not directly related but I was still mourning for the loss of my close friend and Crane Funerals made that so much easier by the compassion they showed, the soft way they went about handling this difficult time and the attention to detail they showed like placement of the flowers and objects given by the family. I know the family, (whom I'm close with), were very appreciative and spoke highly of Damian's professional and caring nature when he met with them to arrange the funeral.

Damian did an amazing job organizing every aspect of my mum’s funeral. I especially appreciated his person touch and caring nature. Nothing was too much trouble and he not once showed annoyance with my endless phone calls. Organising a funeral is never easy but Damian helped so much by giving us clear advice in his calm and compassionate manner.

Nice to finally see someone not taking advantage of people at such a difficult time. Damian was just so pleasant to deal with and made me and my family feel at ease. I'm not sure how I would have gotten through this if not for his help. I rang 4 places to get a quote as a friend highly recommended this after having another funeral home rip her off. Crane Funerals were just too good to be true. I was very hesitant at 1st wondering why he was so much cheaper than other places I had rung but as a pensioner I don't have lot and he offered a pensioner discount.

I wouldn't hesitate, God Forbid if I have to do this again, in using Damian and Crane Funerals.

They say if it sounds too good to be true chances are it is. NOT THIS TIME. I'm just so grateful Damian.
