Everytime I call up with a problem I get very helpful and friendly people and the problem is fixed right away. Get great deals. Was on a 2 year contracted and wanted to change plans early and they let me off paying the exit fee's.

Still no service or reply to numerous messages and emails from their "service" and it's been 10 days. The help line number just hangs up on you continually.
