Oil change was bit pricey. Didn't 'have time' to check my chief complaint. Friendly though, but have since found somewhere else to go.

Tried these guys after not being happy at Subaru Camberwell and referred by a friend. They were very friendly and fixed items that I have previously asked at Subaru to fix. Will keep returning.

Fixed a problem that other places couldn't solve with 3 visits. Charged a reasonable price, and answered all my dumb questions. I don't think I've ever been happier with a mechanic.

I have been going to Cromwood for about 5 years. Excellent service, excellent work and reasonable price. After trying mechanic after mechanic for 6 years, I am happy and will stay with Cromwood.

Found this mechanic via online recommendations. I have had very bad experiences with previous mechanics, and have been ripped off or fobbed off more often than I'd like.

This was different, and I will stick to Cromwood's like mud. Worth driving past 100 other mechanics for. The garage specialises in Subaru's. The job was fantastic - an annoying transmission problem fixed without fuss, and a general service was good and well priced.

Classy.

I had 2 wheel bearings that needed to be replaced. I droped the car off at 8am.
At 9am they told me that I had to get a hub replaced. Fair enough I thought, I had be driving around on a wheel bearing that was shot. They sources a second hand hub, and fitted everything else. The car now drives the best is has in a while, Ross and the guys down there did a fantastic job, they know there subaru's inside out.
