Best coffee and gym. Sarah and Johnny are so lovely. I've recently stared working out here and it's so much nice than going to a normal gym. Not only are the instructors helpful but everyone who also works out there motivates you as well. If you want to see results and feel great and have fun doing it, definitely come to Crossfit 189.
