Came from Ballarat Victoria for the Amy shark concert went through the crown after this now I'm 36 on Wednesday I understand that my licence was out of date, but they wouldn't except my Keypass? I had to become a member to play the machines left after this was quite disappointed. My friend and I got a drink from the bar $25 each and she put 20$ in as her licence was valid.
Approximate cost: $70
I wouldn't.
Crown is more corrupt than the Clintons.
If you intend to gamble at crown Melbourne don't bother wasting your money on rapid rigged roulette. Each tine u bet on number, 6 line corner split on sections of wheel, the dealer will 80 percent of time or higher deliberately land on ur number the spin after when you have no money is on it. When it should've landed the previous spin b4 or deliberately land on number in area u bet on with lowest amount of chips next door to higher amounts or vacant number u 4get to bet on. Therefore removing the legitimacy and randomness in the game which you expect. Furthermore not only are you are against the dealers mercy , and the house edge which you expect. But also the deliberate use of magnets under the wheel to deliberately alter the outcomes of the spin. Giving the player next to no chance of winning .
Good selection of shops and restaurants. Avoid the casino unless you know how to gamble. Staff are friendly and helpful and the car park has some good deals and rates.
How much for a dbl room. 1 nigjt
And do they have a breakie buffet?
This is about the crown hotel part. Had a lovely stay. Nice rooms, peaceful, no noise issues, easy access to city and restaurants, wonderful.
The pool is lovely and almost had it to ourselves.
Approximate cost: $300
very nice i am happy with the service and food here

went here not long ago was good looking around at the different shops and dining areas tad expensive to eat there we decided to have a flutter but didnt win anything lady came around with free drinks that was something i guess and the music was good.
The place is huge and the staff are great but its very over priced. It was quite fun to experience though as i had never been to a casino before. Did quite enjoy the food
this place is insane the casino itself is huge i have never seen so many pokie machines in my life! and so many poker table and other kinds of tables (black jack, craps etc.) the crown casino is the place to be for the ultimate in gambling experience!
This place is huge with a lot of poky machines. Very noisy and very busy every time I've been. The food is also expensive for what you get. Outside of the pokies, there are lots of shops and cafes/restaurants. Nice to browse through but always busy and noisy.
Simply amazing, I'm from Adelaide and this venue is better in every single way, if you aren't a gambler there are still things for you to do, many restaurants, bars and free things to do, will definitely be back here, simply amazing!
Its a great place for food and entertainment. I take visitors there myself from interstate
i agree that crown casino can be good place for entertainment and food. Although I don't play gambler, but the view of the place is interest every one.
Haven't been there since they done all the reno's but heard it is better now more food and bars so easier to get a drink now then before. Will have to go check it out one day.
Fantastic venue. Everybody got something they like: restaurants, clubs, take away shops, designer shops, fancy restaurants, hotel,,, I like going there, only thing that is bad is parking as it is always full and you need lots of time to find free spot.
I remember when it used to be the place to park if you visited Melbourne because it was cheaper, and there were usually parks available. I guess too many people realised this, now it is usually full when we drive past too.
i stayed in the crown towers. the rooms are beautiful such great views especially when the fire goes off every hour at night.
the room service is amazing. i suggest the spaghetti bol & the club sandwich is to die for. the pool area for guests is beautiful only drawback is that you need to walk past some very fancy restaurants to get there and who wants to do that in their bather or robe.
While the crown has a WOW factor all of its own, we found the drinks to be way over priced for what you got. The staff where friendly and helpful the restaurants where priced as expected for the area, but again it was overpriced we thought
Approximate cost: $Drinks$8-21Spiritss
an amazing venue with a lot of shops, bars, restaurants to choose from..always busy and crowded...my most favourite venues in crown are: palms in crown with all events that they have, emporio della pasta restaurant with really yummy pasta choices and delicious panna cotta desert (pasta around $20 and dessert around $12) and bit more expensive restaurant that goes out on the southbank is Atlantic (it has the best view in the evenings, and best desserts-i tried some fig cake last time). atlantic is bit more pricey as full course dinner for 1 person costs around $150, but it is premium restaurant...always going back to crown...
Approximate cost: $20-$150
Crown Casino is a fabulous Casino! Not only does it have a central location, but the casino is so large. In the foyer there is always a themed entrance with water shows occurring constantly. The Casino its self is very busy all the time and there are so many different areas. A couple of nice and funky bars inside and lots of Roulette tables.
I love the Casino to - Just to look at though not to gamble.
The casino is quite large with lots of gaming areas, including a huge poker area. If you do not gamble there are still lots of other things that you can do and see in the Crown Casino complex including cinemas, bowling, clubs and food court/restaurants, and boutique shops.
Just remember that being a casino everything is more expensive.
The Crown Casino in Melbourne is a Great place to visit. Even if your are not a Gambler you can still experience all the "Wonder around you".
I also love the foyer with the water & lights flashing.
There are lots of restaurants from reasonable to very swanky.
Come along and check it out and if you do like betting then have a go. You never no you might just win some!!
in my opinion the best casino I have seen in Australia, its luxurious and very refined
even if you are not a gambler, you can just walk around and enjoy the atmosphere, dine at a good range of restaurants from mid range to the ultra swanky 5 stars
staff are very helpful if you have any queries or you need assistance learning how to play the games at the tables
It just has a great atmosphere to it.
From what I've seen this is the best casino in Aus.
I am a casino lover (and surprisingly not a massive gambler - I just love the atmosphere)
Crown has a great layout and a massive range of tables and games. Plenty of poker machines as well. Great fun if you want either a few drinks or if you're a gambler looking for a few games.
Everytime I go to Melbourne my friends and I make a point of going to Crown at least one night (and usually end up there after dinner on the other nights as it's open so late)
Good food courts inside as well and a wide range of food and drink.
Great fun for a night out but it will make a dent in the bank account.
You sure do experience a world of entertainment at Crown casino. I am in awe of the decor, especially the main foyer and the foyer with the amazing light & music. So many good restaurants to choose from, gaming rooms and the shopping is brilliant. A must to go to if you are in Melbourne.
crown is one my favorite places in melbourne!
the food at the restaurants (rockpool and the atlantic) are absolutely magnificent and the service is impeccable.
the casino is the most fun i have had in a long time
Very good place where the food is spectacular (food workshops) has very good deals But the price is a little expensive.
Love just visiting the water feature at the casino.
This is a great place for a night out. Lots of restaurants (expensive and cheap), bars, clubs, shops and not to mention the casino for a bit of fun. Great loyalty program as well. Even if you have children it is a great place to go because of the walk on southbank and the on the hour fire show.
good place to go for a night out if ya can handle ya money. great selection of restaurants with plenty to do.
tried out the Teak restaurant in the Teak room at Crown Casino the restaurant is very nice and clean the service in very good and the prices are also good. Would recommend any member to go and try it out
Approximate cost: $26.50
on a recent trip to Melbourne i was excited to be going to this Casino for the very first time, I was impressed by the entrance as i thought it looked gorgeous with the staircases and black shiny granite everywhere,And the overall layout was great with the shops and dining. but thats just were being impressed ended.. found the staff were rude arrogant and very unhelpful and it was mostly from within the poker area where u change cash for chips, and on the roulette tables,
Velvet bar at crown serves large size cocktail, I mean they are large. Good value for $35 a drink and $24 on Tuesday. I can't stop thinking about, and I tell everyone when I travel around. I will be very impressed if any guy buy me a drink that big. hahahaha. Good way to start off a cheap night before heading to the clubs. People normally share a drink.
A great night out, you can eat here, just have a drink, check out the monster zippo lighters out the front, or of course have a flutter. Spend as much or as little as you like. A nicer environment than a lot of large casinos. Well done Crown!
I went to crown casino the other night, and the food was great, very filling! The products are expensive but the the service is fabulous. Apart from this, we actually got told to leave as it was 11oclock and they were shutting!
