Can't really say to many positives about these guys. Hired for a family function, and went for the canapé menu. Food was far below average, and arrived in the most unpleasant manner, for example, one of the dish selections was noodles, the noodles were in a massive clear plastic bag, it was jammed into my microwave by the "chef" and needless to say was served Luke warm.

The chef and wait staff couldn't keep up with getting the food out, and the chef ended up breaking my oven early into the evening. Family members were forced to take the food to there houses (luckily they live close by) cook themselves, then bring back! On top of all that, the staff then had the hide to ask for extra money at the end of the night as they went over time, doing what exactly I couldn't tell you.

When I called the company the following Monday, it took weeks to get anyone to actually get back to me, and try to resolve my complaint, in the end it wasn't until I threatened to take to Fair Trading that I got someone's attention. My compensation for a ruined family event, broken oven, and missing family members forced to leave the premises to cook the food for the cater was a refund on the overtime money taken and a voucher for a Tallship lunch? At that point i gave up.

I've had other catering companies since, and there food, service and promptness has been great.

Wouldn't recommend for any event.
