We stayed here on New years Eve, for a special treat. on arrival they got our rooms wrong i paid extra for a room with two queen beds in it. They informed my they were booked out so we would have to have a king room. When we got to the room there were prominent stains on the top of the bed sheets. The mini bar, tea, coffee selection were poor and very lacking. We went to use the pool, there were no towels they had all run out and had not been replaced, there were no real places to get dry after a swim, very poorly laid out. The gym over looks the pool too which is off putting. The cleaning staff were friendly as you walked past but the restaurant staff, the front desk staff all had attitude. On checking out we asked for the car to be brought round after 30 minutes we went to check what was going on, oh your not on the list was the response. So we had to wait another 20 minutes for the car no sorry or anything and we had to pay for the service!!! Will not be staying there again.

We stayed here last year as we won a night in a hotel in a competition. Valet parking (included) was efficient, with friendly staff.

We ordered room service for breakfast. That was prompt. The continental breakfast was a disappointment, with small (almost bite sized) pastries, and as I only ordered two items, I was left feeling hungry. The coffee also came in a cardboard take away cup. My partner had a full English & his was plentiful! His tea came in a proper china tea cup!

The room was clean & nicely looked after.

I can't comment on value (but had to give it a value for the purpose of this review), because as I said, we didn't pay for this overnighter, and if you don't want to be hungry, and fancy a continental, order more than 2 items & 2 of each! And if you like your hot drinks in a cup, don't order a coffee!

What more could you ask for???? Valet car service, a barista who makes coffee at 6.30am, a breakfast chef who cooks your eggs just as you like them, a bath deep enough to drown in, a bed with your choice of pillow and a view of the city to die for. This is forever my chosen paid accommodation in Adelaide forever more

Recently stayed here for my partner and I's anniversary, and couldn't of been any happier! Everything was amazing, from the Valet, to the concierge, to the room service. Everyone was extremely polite, helpful, friendly and professional.

The rooms are amazing to say the least, we stayed in a corner balcony suite, with awesome views of Hindmarsh Square and the Adelaide Hills. It's literally a stones throw away from Rundle Mall aswell, so when you want to hit the shops, it's a matter of a 3 minute walk!

The restuarant was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Meals were terrific.

And just to top it all off, a couple of days later, they sent us a letter congratulating us on our Anniversary! THATS customer service!
