Gave this Hotel another chance and picked a weekend which was far less windy and the manager actually explained they have tackled some of the draft and wind issues around the pool so the kids got to use the pool which was fantastic, though it has no shallow end for the little kids. It does make up for it with noodles and plenty of bean bags which requires adult supervision but is loads of fun!!

We booked a larger room and it was well worth the additional fee and being on the top floor was fun. Breakfast buffet was really good and wide variety and selection.

Staff was just as friendly and personal as previous stays and being between Surfers Strip and Broadbeach has it's advantages for noise and parking - the tram is conveniently located right outside and is only two stops to the Casino (Broadbeach) and just as easy to get to for Surfers main strip.

Really pleased with my stay and will stay here again when its time for the family to visit surfers.

Great location - easy access to the beach. Hotel has parking facilities as well. If you don't have a car, the bus stop is right in front. The services were good, sheets were clean, room size decent. It is a tad old but overall good value, great location, easy access makes up for it.

A beautiful place to have your entire wedding, we were married here in 2006 - booked the wedding in in 2003 when we holidayed here.
Guests loved getting ready, riding the elevator down to the ceremony and then metres to the reception (Phoenix room is beautiful) and then an elevator ride back to their room.

This place holds a special meaning to me. It was where my husband proposed to me. The staff were great and the premises were well kept. Our room was great, would like to go back here again soon.

Stayed here while visiting family, my children loved the pool and the beach area.. Wish i could take the bed home the best nights sleep in along time the staff were very helpful.

Stayed here only a few weeks ago! The room we stayed in was big enough for the 4 of us! A nice big tv for kids to watch cartoons when the wether wasn't fantastic. All round a great place

Stayed here with my husband and 1 year old. It was absolutely amazing. Loved the outdoor pool and mini beach. Even with my daughter being so young she had an absolute ball which made it enjoyable for all. The Thai restraunt is amazing, and very reasonable priced. Very very happy!
