Not only were Crystal Clean super responsive, they were also very real about their assessment of the stain I asked for help with. They were on time, polite, and very professional. The outcome exceeded my expectations as well. I am super thrilled with the results, especially since the carpet was only 2 weeks old!! :)

Hi, just wanted to provide some positive feedback for the couch cleaning I had on Monday 22/10. The staff member that came was polite and courteous, and did a great job. He even managed to almost completely remove an enamel paint stain that I didn’t expect would budge at all, but also stopped short of removing it completely to avoid discolouring the surrounding couch.

I had booked my end of lease carpet clean with Crystal Clean and I was happy with my decision; the cleaner came on time, got everything done and it passed the inspection.

You never realise how hard it is to do an end of lease clean until you try to it all by yourself. My carpets came up beautiful! I was so impressed with these guys! So professional from the start when booking over the phone to the finished result, my carpets look brand new! Just had my carpets steam cleaned and have to say they did a brilliant job! Did a thorough job vacuuming then after steam cleaned the carpets and came up as if new. The before and afterwards sales service was also excellent and the cost very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Wow, haven't had our floor tiles cleaned since we had them put in, which was 23 years ago. I can say that l am totally amazed at thier work , and they were promt , on time, and extremly courteous . Having a green tile with a mint grout ,I never expected it to be as good as it was, After the visit fromSerage , it looked like we had just layed our tiles.....Fantastic. I can completely recommend this amazing company, as l had forgotten how our grout should of look. A big Thankyou to Serage , such a polite and thorough person .
