REALLY BAD QUALITY! First time being here, walked in because we were passing by. Bad experience, never coming back! I did an acrylic nail and the polish chip within an hour.

My mom also did manicure + pedicure + polish, and again, the polish goes just from hand washing? Serious concern about the quality of the things they use in the salon. And they refuse to fix things up, blaming customers for "not being careful". Unprofessional. Bad service, not recommended at all. Take your money and your business elsewhere.

I stopped in on an impulse quite late in the day and asked if they had time for me.
Mandy was immediately helpful and took her time despite the lateness in the day. Each nail was done with care and perfection.
Very friendly. I never felt rushed. A very professional and meticulous job.
I will be back. The best experience I have had, having tried a few salons in Gungahlin and Belconnen.

Had the worst experience here today! The young girl who took my shellac off - amazing. But the older lady who did my nails - terrible. I have left so unhappy with my nails. She asked if I wanted my nails cut shorter, I said a little bit please. They were cut so short. She cut them so short that I couldn’t get my previous shape without them looking stupid. Then when it came to shaping the nails, I agreed to having them round shaped. When I looked at the nails once she’d “shaped” them, they were so jaggered and misshaped. I asked if she could fix them. She said it is the way I was looking at then that made them misshaped. I said no matter how I look at them, they’re jaggered. She went at my nails again with the finale another 3 times before I took the file off her and did it myself! Then when painting my nails, she’d missed a whole side of one of my nails and with the top coat, it is so thick that it looks like a 3 year old did them. I’m so unimpressed. I went there last fortnight and Mandy did my nails and I was so happy, now this happened I won’t be returning. VERY disappointed customer.

I had a set of acrylics done here, within 5 days 5 of them had fallen off, within 8 days they were all gone.
The service was average, though they quoted us several prices.
The staff did get us in quickly, the storefront itself was clean and decorated nicely.

my friend asked me to come get nails done with her, i usually go to my usual few places closer to home but i went along, great service, very professional, but the nails did not last long at all, within a week i had already lost 3 nails when usually it takes about 3, was not very happy.

On holidays visiting my daughter, I had Gel nails applied about 3 weeks before I left home and a couple of them had started to lift.
I rang Crystal Nails about 11.00am and they made an appointment for 3.30pm the same day, I was greeted by a lovely young women who was very helpful and after consultation had my old Gel nails replaced with new Shellac Nails and I also had a manicure. I am so very pleased with my new nails and the very professional finish. I found the salon very clean and the equipment used for clipping my cuticles came straight out of a sterilizing unit and my nails and fingers were cleaned between each treatment, my hands feel ten years younger, I wish this salon could be relocated to Adelaide, when I am in Canberra again I will be making another appointment with Crystal Nails in Gungahlin...

I've been to this nail salon several times. Compared to other shopping centre nail salons the quality of acrylic nails is much better here. My sets of gels last much longer if I get them done at Crystal Nails. The prices are average, around 60 for a full set of gels. The salon is clean and they do their best to fit in walk-in clients. I agree with the other reviewer that there is often a daughter of one of the staff hanging around at the salon. I've seen her helping book customers and sweep up. The children have never participated in doing my nails, and
I haven't had a pedicure there before.

I recently visited this nail bar for a pedicure and I WON'T be back. I was served by a girl who must have been 13 years old (I suspect she was the daughter of someone working in the salon and was on school holidays). She had no idea what she was doing, gave a terrible foot massage, and didn't appear in the least bit interested. Thankfully one of the ladies came over to check and re-do her work, but the whole experience left me annoyed and frustrated. I won't be back.
