Really unimpressed! I went in last night for a refill and the colour on two of my nails are chipping this morning. Fair enough, it happens. The issue is the top coat hasn't sealed correctly. So I called to let them know as I can't get back until tomorrow evening... And she hung up on me! All I got out before she hung up was "Hi, my name is Jaymie. I got a refill last and two of my nails are chipping." Now they will not answer the phone. Worst service I have ever received and that is saying a lot as I don't generally go to this type of salon for the customer service - I just want to get in and out, no fuss, no muss. More fool them though, I just moved to the area and am looking for a regular salon. Definitely will not be them!

I had my nails done here and two week later my natural nails are lifting and I have a terrible fungus under them. Will never go back and I’ll make sure everyone knows how bad this place is. I went back to see them and they took no reasonable for the damage.

most expensive refills, nail chipped less than 24 hours after having them done. Wrong colour was applied and when questioned, they said it was an old colour chart. Well they should have done a colour similar to requested instead they put on red not hot pink. Big difference.
I will not be back.

Always quick. Always perfectly done. Always a good price. Just wish they didnt speak in another language, sometimes it feels like they are chatting and laughing at you.

These girls know what they are doing when it comes to nails. They always do an amazing job however they rarely speak to the client. They are always talking and joking around with each other in a different language.

My nails looked great after i was finished and it was a great price to a great place to go to get your nails done.

They have a very professional environment, but still friendly and casual. They were quite helpful and did an alright job. I've only been there once and would probably try them again.

getting my nails done for the wedding was going to be hard... i bite my nails. but the people at ct nails were very helpful helping me decide which fakes i should get. after deciding it didnt take them very long to apply my choice. all in all the day turned out great.
