The girls at this gym where always nice and motivated me to loose weight...always remembered my name and background which made it more of a friendy environment.

They were going well but they got some new management and it went down hill until it closed earlier this year with no notification to members, who turned up for workout sessions to find doors closed and a note on the door. Not very professional at all.

This place is great. It's a ladies gym so women you don't have to worry about all the guy watching you work out or not getting a chance to use the equipment. It focuses on resistant training which is a great workout. I went there with my mum and the ladies there are always so nice and helpful
