11 months ago I was overweight, unfit and felt very unhappy with myself. A work colleague mentioned in conversation that his wife and two friends were starting a gym that was just for women and that I should look into it; it was going to be very different to anything that I had ever gone to before. He was right. It was not long before the cm's and kg's were coming off. It is a very relaxed environment, the owners are just lovely and the best part is that one does not have to be a 'super model' to go there. The Curves incentatives are wonderful, such as rewarding each 100th attendance milestone with a T-Shirt. Curves has become part of my daily routine and has enabled me to get fit and get happy.
