I attended curves on a one month free trial and Iwas very impressed with the instructors that worked in the curves gym even though I note that most of them were somewhat overweight which begs to differ on how effective the routine is if it hasn't worked on the instructors. The instructors made me feel welcome and kept me amused and motivated while I did the workout. Unfortunately the program was not for me as it agrovated a back injury.
