I enjoyed attending however found that the price for the product was not up to standard it was expensive for the small gym services it provides. I also found after attending for a year I had not changed much and become bored of the same equipment.

I found the staff very helpful and supportive, treating every member as a friend and individual. The workout is manageable but as challenging as I choose to make it for myself. Fun!
