This is a great females gym for ladies only as some females don't like to go to gyms with males as they might feel abi uncomftable in front of them. The main three ladies that work there are great and are all helpful and nice.
They are also having a fashion parade on the 7th of September at 2pm and they are just asking for a gold coin donation with a afternoon tea provided. Also they are having prizes for the best dressed lady of the day...
All ladies are welcome, members and non members are all welcome as well, so if u r near here on this date please drop in and have a look as its a great gym.

Friendly, helpful staff who are all trained in health and fitness. No size 10 lycra clad gym junkies here. can just go in and do your 30 minutes then leave.
