Staff are knowledgeable and the equipment is great. Half an hour workout to burn up to 500 calories is awesome. Curves smart really gets you going too.

Half-hour workouts so it doesn't make a huge dent in your day, and the staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - once they've met you once they remember your name. I've never had to wait for equipment but always had others working out alongside me. Clean gym. Only downside is no pool at the centre.
