Excellent Company to deal with have been with them for years, Brodie just done our yearly check up, very professional, always helpful, Brodie explained in detail to what to keep an eye on where he found some damp soil under the house near the airconditioner, hopefully now I have fixed the problem. We highly recommend Customised Pest Control. Mark was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgable. He arrived on time and fully prepared. He dusted the roof space and sprayed the perimeter for creepy crawlies. We immediately noticed a reduction in spiders and bugs (yay!), and we stay protected for a considerable amount of time. We had our annual pest inspection done. They were very prompt with their arrival They were thorough with their inspection and kept us informed with their statement of what they had done and if they found anything.

Kristine is such a polite person and deals with her customers over the phone in such a friendly manner, I had a rodent infestation and was lucky enough to have Brodie come out that very day and fix it! They make an awesome team, and I will not hesitate to call this company next time I need pest control!

They came when they said they would. Fixed the Redback spider problem, checked for general pests.

Had mite infestation from having a birds nest in the roof. Nest was removed, hold closed up, roof dusted and bedroom sprayed within 24 hours of my call.

We were referred to this business and we hadn't heard of them before. Wanting to get a white ant check, Mark came out an went through the house thoroughly. Fortunately, we were white ant free. However, we have had problems with spiders and Mark got back up into the roof and sprayed. A very courteous young man. I highly recommend this business
