Chris and John done a great job with my old roller door , door wasn’t going up all the way , service was A1 came out the next day and installed a new motor to my old door Chris and John were very helpful I would recommend Chris and John workmanship was great thanks once again guys

Chris is great when all goes to plan, but don’t expect any after sales support when things go wrong no matter how minor.

We had Chris out to service our door (May 2021). A day or so later the door would not close (possibly incorrectly adjusted torsion springs or limit settings). Chris said he would come out to adjust the door but kept delaying. I accepted this for several weeks during a COVID lockdown (even though repair and service work was permitted). After lockdown he told me he had obtained exemption to travel overseas for medical treatment and would not be available for the next 5 weeks (i.e. till the end of July 2021), yet as I discovered from a friend, who subsequently made an enquiry with Chris, he was still accepting and undertaking work during this time…funny that!

So, after having a functioning (albeit noisy) door we were left with an unusable door for several weeks after a routine service by Chris. I believe this was a very easy fix, which would have taken him less than 30 minutes to sort out, but instead he chose to go to any lengths, including lying and deceit, to avoid a call out to remedy his own work. He clearly doesn’t value his existing customers or seek to build a loyal, return customer base.

In the end I had to get someone else to come out and spend all of 10 minutes correcting Chris’s work to get the door functioning again.

If you’re looking for a reliable, honest business that backs their own work, keep looking – AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

Ok people to let you know that Chris is the man you need to call he done such wonderful job he replaced the old one with new two weeks ago it’s amazing work .

When our old roller door finally gave out Chris came out - spent some of his time trying to repair it to no avail - he quoted us on a new door (without charging us for the time spent trying to fix the old one). New door arrived and installed today - no fuss and an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Our garage door opener stopped working on Saturday and we asked Chris to quote for a new garage door and opener as we had been told previously by a "technician" that our door spring could break at anytime and the door wouldn't open at all.

Chris came early on Monday, as requested, and after looking at the door told us that he could re-tension the door spring as there was nothing wrong, fit the new opener and it would all work well...he even offered to fit the new opener there and then.

The new opener is so quiet and the door runs smoother than ever and we saved the cost of a new garage door, all thanks to Chris.

He is an honest, hardworking and trustworthy man and we will call on him for any issues relating to our garage door.

Our garage door cable snapped late on a Friday night. I rang Chris early Saturday morning and he arrived 45 minutes later! I'm very happy with the quality of his work, which included replacing two cables, service of a second garage door, and providing two new remote control units. Chris is very easy to deal with and his speedy response was truly impressive. I would happily use his service again should the need arrive.
