What people need to know when they buy a Hyundai - the parts cost a fortune! I paid $5K to get my steering fixed - on a $13K Accent!
No beef with this particular dealership, but potential buyers need to know this.

Misleading advertising campaigns & finance deals. Forgot to fill the tank. Pushed to sign the deal for the car before the end the month for the car which got cheaper the next day. I feel ripped off.

I bought a brand new Hyundai from here a couple of years ago, very helpful sales staff, not at all pushy, and didn't make me feel silly being a female. Great value, and added extras thrown in at no charge! When I shop for another car, I will go here!

I did have to wait longer than expected for my new car but they did compensate by adding on a few extra features to the car to keep me happy so they did go out of their way to keep my business which is nice to see.

I have been the owner of 3 Hyundai vehicles and I have been very happy with the after sales service every time. Having experienced good service at 3 different Hyundai dealers I can only assume that there must be some blanket customer service charter that is adhered to throughout the region. I bought an ex demo model from Melbourne City Hyundai who provided a fuss free transaction. A few years later I traded in another Hyundai I bought privately and purchased an ex Motor Show model from the Brighton dealer who was exceptionally helpful and not at all pushy or condescending. I was so impressed with his manner that when I went to pick the car up after completing the sale I gave him a big tin of cookies! I've experienced after sales servicing at both Brighton and Dandenong and I have been happy with the fuss free results and the very decent prices.
