I have been seeing dr Ritu Sharma for the past 2 years and she is a wonderful doctor! She actually cares about you and makes sure you get what you need out of a visit.. highly recommend ️️ ️ ️ ️ ️

Since I have been seeing Dr Ritu Sharma I have been very pleased. No more having to drive down to put my name down early in morning. Then come back later in day to avoid the long 3 hour waits. I can book an appointment with Dr Sharma. She cares about you and listens. I can highly recommend her.

Dr Ritu Sharma-bahl is an excellent GP. We have been seeing her for 4 years. She has followed us through prenatal appointments, children's growth and vaccinations and also over the last 18 months she has been a great GP for my husband who had a very serious work accident. We have followed her from a previous practice to dapto medical centre.

This place used to so good and now they never seem to have any doctors on. After a 2 1/2 hour wait I saw a doctor who asked me to come back to see him in 5 days. I called to make an appointment and was told they don’t do phone or online appointments. I said the doctor told me to come back and see him. Incredibly I was told I had to physically come in the next morning to make an appointment and then come back again in the afternoon for the actual appointment - what a ludicrous system. Also the woman clearly couldn’t have cared less and was extremely snooty about it. If the doctors are as pissed off as their patients no wonder they’ve all left.

Awesome place great doctors but the waiting time is ludicrous.. With a few doctors on & around 20 to 30 people waiting it's beyond a joke.. People get there as early as 6:30am to get given a number only to return to put their names down when the doctor starts his/her shift.. It's a big centre with as little as 1,2, or 3 doctors to handle a place full of people at times.. Something has to be done about this.. There needs to be a doctor slotted to take care of prescriptions.. You don't mind waiting an hour & a half,but 3 hours plus is a joke... Whoever runs this place please rectify this problem..

Great place!! Open most days of the year. You may wait a long time but when everyone else is closed, this centre is open. Very grateful for the team here.

Have had good and bad experiences. The better doctors seem to have a lot of patients and the waiting times can be hours. Unfortunately cannot make an appointment. Is difficult to keep the one doctor. Have used the clinic in emergency situations when I needed stitching after cutting my hand , was looked after immediately and was very happy with the care and the fact that I did not need to use the hospital. Open everyday of the year until 10pm . Also has X-ray facilities , Dentist ! Physio, dietitian and Phsycologist . Service by some of the staff could improve . Convenience of opening hours is the biggest plus.

We have been to the medical centre 3 times in the last 2 weeks and so far have been unable to see the same doctor twice. The results on the issue are unsure and we are now getting a second opinion from another service. Not acceptable.

THe Service Here is so slow.............. You wait up to 4 hours to see a doctor and i had a kidney stone so you could imagine the pain and frustration. If you need to see a doctor fast dont go here!
