Gone downhill since corporate buyout. I have been a patient at DMC for over 20yrs. Long waiting queues and minimal number of doctors. The doctors do the best they can but i have heard complaints by them about management. Closing time is advertised as 10pm but impossible to book in the evenings too. It used to be far better run and was my prefered medical centre. Treating your doctors and staff better will facilitate more doctors wanting to work there, less pressure on admin staff, more accessible appointments and therefore better customer care... how a medical centre should be run. Short term profit gains will lead to longterm profit loss.

I highly recommend Dr Rena Alexandrou, she has a friendly caring nature.
No matter how big her queue is she still has that contagious smile which a lot of doctors lack.
So if your after a doctor that treats you like a human being and not just a number Dr Alexandrou is The one for you.

Great service and they try and help your out ASAP if you walk in without an appointment... great.

It's amazing that a centre famous for it's exceptionally long waiting times manages to get so much repeat business. The front staff, nurses and pathology staff are full of smiles and make you feel like you are the most important person in the room - not the phone or the crazy man creating a stir in the waiting room. But it's the doctors who show true professionalism and dedication to caring for each person that walks in the door.

I had a sever back pain and was in alot of agony one Sunday night at about 8.30 i went there and the doctor saw me straight away if you get there early you don't need to line up but sometimes you have to wait awhile they also bulk bill when necessary or charge if you are a new patient

I love Dr Rena Alexandrou at this practice. she is so friendly and caring and and even though appointments cannot be made here i still dont mind queuing for her. they bulk bil here and also have a pathologist and rodiology centre on premises
