Had a custom made pivot front door made here. Service was very unreliable once they had deposit. Took weeks to respond to emails checking on progress and sometimes not at all. Did not return a single phone call. Even went in to the business one Saturday morning because they wouldn't return phone calls and even though it was open, no one was there. Phoned business from foyer and called out, still no one. Used their note pad to write them a note asking them to please return phone call, but still no call. Door was finally installed for around $3000 months later and latch keeps jamming. Can't bring myself to try and contact them to fix it.

We built a new bathroom and wanted to change the old casement windows to a sliding window with frosted glass. Got several prices, these guys were cheaper than the big companies. They made the window exactly to size - it's natural timber - looks great. Nice to get good service and product from a local company.
