Big pharmacy with lots of specials.staff are great and helpful and go out of their way to find products for you.
Staff are very friendly and they have exceptional customer service skills,i have always been offered a cheaper brand of medication .
Just visiting friend in campbelltown, popped in for flu tablets on a Friday night. The lady was extremely helpful and friendly, even taking me over to the register herself and completing the sale. Would definitely go there again

Honestly, everything you could expect from a chemist. Good hours, good service and great stock. Also has a few items that would not usually be at a chemist such as lights, frames, ect. Staff are very helpful

Very disappointed; have been a customer for many years, but never again! I bought a hair colour (2 packs) which wasn't right for me; when I tried to return the second, unopened, box they would not give me a refund because I had lost the docket; pharmacist on duty clearly doubted I had bought it there & wasn't being nice about it, which was embarrassing & offensive. Wouldn't even offer me to swap for a different colour. Mr Wilson himself is nice, but his staff are often unfriendly & uninterested. Time to take my money & multiple prescriptions elsewhere!

It is quite commonplace for customers to bring in a product, without a docket, requesting a refund and it is not uncommon for us to establish that the product had not been sold on the day in question.
It can be easy money for dishonest people so for this reason we have signs prominently displayed advising customers that a sales docket is required for a refund. We will always refund if customers have a sales docket. Consumer Affairs require shop keepers to refund if the product does not satisfy the purpose for which it had been brought or if it is faulty however in the interests of good cudtomer service we do offer a refund for change of mind provided the goods are re-saleable. Maybe the staff member could have been less judgemental when conversing with the customer and if so I apologise for their manner. Unfortunately without more information I cannot identify the staff member concerned for counselling.
they weren't rude, had what i wanted + a choice, there cheap and have a variety of things to shop for! i was in and out without a hassle, except having difficulties choosing what brand i wanted.
i used it to get my baby medicine and its good to get the information i got especially when it comes to my baby!

These guys are great. I have used them many times in the last few winter months when iv had to fill in a script at night time after a hospital visit. They provide alot of advice on products to try and are very professional and friendly. I always use them.
