I took my son here, on previous reviews. Apparently they have just "updated" the centre, the play equipment was the ONLY Quality postive review, but it is freezing cold and very breezy inside, the service was very slack to say the least literally waiting 45mins for a hot chocolate and the menu was ok. The tables were filthy, the bins hadnt been emptied in the first 3hrs while we were there, and the bin was choc a block full.
Very limited seating, price is high entry fee $8.50 for a child 5 - 9 then they have charge $2.00 for a adult for entry, so it is very expensive. I will never be returning there, nor recommending anyone go there.

Approximate cost: $10.50

As manager of Daydreamers I would like to apologize for your less than satisfactory experience at Daydreamers and thank you for your feedback.
I have spoken with our team to identify why the cleaning schedule failed and the unacceptable wait time for your beverage. New procedures have now been put in place to ensure such issues do not reoccur.
We will be launching our new winter menu next week, with a focus on healthy and homemade items. We would love to see you again and offer you a enjoyable experience.

I took my 20 month old nephew here recently. It had lots of activities and he had a great time. There was a good array of food for both of us. As it was a rainy day on the easter long weekend by mid morning it was unpleasantly packed. I found it frustrating that so many parents didn't supervise thier kids - especially with big kids coming into the toddler area. I think on days that are that busy, they really need a staff member on the floor to enforce some of their policies (shoes off, no food etc)

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that your nephew had a great time.
We understand your frustration regarding lack of supervision, and I have asked all staff to remind parents that children must be supervised at all times. Also, we have printed a list of "Rules" and "Thing we follow" which we will be handing to customers as they enter. We really hope to see you again soon and offer you and your nephew an enjoyable experience.

Daydreamers is a little dated I haven't seen anything new there for a long time but its colourfull, roomy and fun. I like that there are different spaces for different age groups. There is a good selection of food for the little ones and parents too. It's a great place to have little get togethers for parents and bubs. I dont exactly feel the price to get in is worth it but I dont mind as long as my little one has a good time. If you sign up to their newsletter you get sent great discounts and offers so that definitely helps a lot :)

This Play centre is getting a little tired around the edges. The equipment is looking worn out. They have a large climbing structure which is great for the 2+ age group, but not really many toys for younger babies.

But in saying that my son who is two and a half always has a good time here. (now that he is older and can go on the climbing structures).
Also they have great coffee, and you can see your kids really well from the seating area. Service is always friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy (considering the area)
and to top it off the entry price is reasonable.

Approximate cost: $7

Great for kids when inclement weather. Lots of activities for the kids and a cafe that serves a large menu, although too many treats on display to tempt little ones into nagging!! Clean, light and airy.

Approximate cost: $5-9

I had my son's 1st birthday party there and it was fantastic. The next day I received lots of messages and emails about how much fun they had and the great venue. Some friends have asked me to book it again next year.

We booked the entire center for an after hours private function. We had 110 people all together. It was good that we had the whole place to ourselves and we felt safe to let the kids play by themselves.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked it for 2 1/2 hours but everyone had so much fun they didn't want to leave. We were able to stay an extra 1/2 hour, we just paid for the additional time.

We had a few teary kids when it was time to go.

One thing I wasn't completely happy about was the timing of the catered food. Our party started at 5:30 and the food was put on the table at the start. By the time the guests arrived and started to eat. All the food had gone cold.

Apart from that, we had a fantastic time and we are already making plans to bring the kids back there.

Approximate cost: $750

The place is huge and has so much to offer...I absolutely loved it. Oh, and my little girl loved it too. Just shows how great the place really is. Great place to catch up with other parents and let the kids run free.

I really liked the layout at Daydreamers.. it is designed so that your kids can be easily seen at all times..I get anxious if I cant see them as they are pretty young still and at other playgrounds I spend all my time following them around whereas here I could actually sit and have a coffee. And more importantly of course my kids had a great time. The climbing frame is fun and not too enclosed and they loved the slides. There are lots books, ride on cars, wii and other stuff to keep them entertained. The cafe has a better menu than most other indoor playgrounds and includes some healthy organic items. The only negatives were that it was bit busy and noisey but was school hols ,and also staff bit slow to clean tables and floor, lots food around tables towards end of day.

This playcentre can get very crowded at times, but is a wonderful place for kids of all ages. I love that their is lots of active areas and climbing and jumping, but they also have beanbags and lots of great books for just sitting down and reading with my kids!! I will be going back on the next rainy day!
